About Sabrina Bolatto

I have spent my entire life in Central Illinois.  I grew up in Marseilles, where my mom is still in our childhood home, moved to Bloomington for my college education at ISU and then professionally worked all of the Midwest from my base in Bloomington.  After finding my husband and partner we started our family in Clinton.  We have four children, three geckos, one American Toad and four really hardy fish.

We love our home in Central Illinois which allows us a spectacular education in Bloomington, opportunities for extracurricular activities of sports and music in Bloomington with a wide range of outdoor activities in DeWitt County.  Our family is involved in nationally recognized programs available only in this area of our state along with an unbelievably wide range of great programs available here.  The thought we can go from an amazing ice rink to world class shooting sports to a wide array of private and public sports programs and have our children enrolled in top educational opportunities keeps us right here.  This is where we belong and it is my pleasure to share our love for this beautiful area with you.

I started my professional life in high school wanting to care for people as a CNA.  I went to college with the intent of continuing my nursing education.  I ended up realizing I could protect people like my grandmother better working with the senior community through applying my degree in Health and Aging to working with long term care communities as an expert in Memory Care.  This path was particularly rewarding as I ran communities, trained staffs across the Midwest, mentored leaders, recruited excellent new leaders and maintained very high standards of care throughout all the communities with whom I worked.  I took pride in protecting a particularly venerable segment of our society from the predations of unprofessional or just dishonest people.  Once I started my family I took ownership of my husband’s fourth generation construction company and ran it until he retired in 2023. 

Looking for my next challenge I saw the real estate profession as one which I may apply all my passions of protecting venerable segments of society, understanding the needs of families, understanding construction quality, knowing an enormous amount of talented people to help Homeowners and knowing how to get the best value for investors and Homeowners alike.  With the excited support of my family I have found all of this to be true as I help first time home buyers to experienced investors, young couples looking to grow, children looking to help their parents into senior communities to retired folks looking to downsize, apartment buyers to agricultural land investors are with whom I enjoy relationships.   Through my spectacularly talented and knowledgeable group at Brilliant Real Estate I have the passion and resources to help you achieve whatever goals you have for property ownership.  I look forward to working with you too.  Get in touch with me today!
